All our fire pits are crafted from high-grade, weather-resistant materials including heavy-duty corten steel, stainless steel, and heat-treated cast iron to ensure durability and longevity.
How much does shipping cost for heavy items?
We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders over $499 within the contiguous United States. For smaller items or expedited shipping, rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Can I use my fire pit on a wooden deck?
Safety is our priority. We recommend using a heat-resistant fire pit pad or protective stone pavers underneath any unit placed on a wooden or composite deck to prevent surface damage.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the weight of our products, return shipping fees may apply unless the item arrived damaged.
Do you offer professional installation?
While our wood-burning pits are ready to use out of the box, our gas and propane models may require professional gas line connection. We recommend hiring a licensed plumber for all permanent gas installations.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every FirePit product comes with a standard 2-year manufacturer warranty covering structural defects and workmanship. Extended protection plans are available for purchase at checkout.
