At FirePit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium outdoor heating solutions. If your fire pit or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Carefully pack your fire pit in its original packaging, including all manuals and hardware, to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for unused condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
