The heart of this kitchen is a robust 4-burner gas grill (4 × 3.9kW) that heats quickly and distributes heat evenly across the spacious 660 × 455 mm cooking surface.

Peek through the double-walled hood with internal lighting to monitor your food without losing heat. The built-in thermometer displays precise cooking temperatures, taking the guesswork out of grilling.

The dedicated rear burner (4.5kW) powers a rotisserie function for slow-cooked, juicy meats, while an additional side burner (3.6kW) accommodates pots from 120 to 195 mm in diameter.

Beyond Basic Barbecuing

What sets the Buschbeck apart is its comprehensive cooking environment. The integrated 65L refrigerator keeps beverages and ingredients chilled right where needed.

After cooking, the built-in sink with tap and drainage makes clean-up straightforward, and dirty utensils are not ferried back to the house.

Storage abounds with two pull-out drawers for cutlery and utensils, a cabinet beneath the sink, and a dedicated compartment for gas cylinders (5-8kg) with a stabilising ring. Larger 11kg cylinders can be positioned safely outside the unit during operation.
