Barbecues are great but sometimes we also want to prepare a variety of dishes, maybe as a diet choice, as a side dish or just for a change. The PRO-960 is ideal for alfresco cooking and offers you this variety.

The PRO-960 is very big and aimed at the commercial setting, for the professional or the serious home cook who likes to entertain a lot of friends and family.

The PRO-960 inox is made from stainless steel, making it is easy to clean and maintain. It heats up very quickly using a very powerful 21kw gas burner, ignition is push button and battery operated.

This is the largest in the Grillsymbol paella pan set range, using a nearly one-meter diameter stainless steel pan. It is suitable for serving food such as sports clubs, weddings, birthdays or other special occasions. 

The PRO-960 is sturdily built, with a very powerful gas burner and high-rimmed, thick-bottomed (5 mm) pan. The triple windshield provides the best possible protection from wind and the flame will stay on, even with a decent wind blowing.

The pan fits 50-80 portions depending on the dish cooked. The pan has a 5cm rim, which allows the food to be stewed and steamed (under the lid), which is a great advantage compared to low-rimmed pans.
