The introduction of the Smart Grid System enables grilling on ½ grates across four levels, enhancing cooking flexibility.

This system allows for the simultaneous use of ½ grease trays and ½ deflector stones for both direct and indirect grilling.

The innovative design for adding wood chips, chunks, or pellets directly over hot charcoal eliminates the need to lift the lid, streamlining the smoking process.

The Monolith Classic can be chosen with a cart and bamboo side tables or as a stand-alone with ceramic feet, making it a perfect fit for the Monolith teakwood table, Monolith Buggy, or a custom outdoor kitchen setup.
